I took my car to get an oil cahnge Saturday and the stupid shop that I took it to forgot to put the clips back on the under body plastics. No I'm dragin that darn thing. I'mma go back today and ask for the clips. But just in case; does NE1 know where I can get some of these?

Any Toyota dealership.

They aren't too pricey, but make the shop pick up the bill if they can't find them.



That's why I do oil changes myself.

The shop I used to go to wouldn't even remove the clips, but rather bend the plastic. thumbsdown

I left the passenger side underpanel off once I broke half of the clips. grin

Mine were $1.75 or $2.25 i forget one price is for the egine and one is for the underneath. but for what they r its expesive.

did this happen to you guys at the toyota dealerships? i'm taking mines to longo toyota sometime this week for an oil change. what should i do to make sure they didn't get lazy or whatever?

They left my clips out and the wind would push it down at certian speeds. I kept having to bend it and cram it up in there once I figured out what that noise was.
I got them to give me new clips and put it back on for free. It wasn't even the same dealership that forgot them. Very nice.
It's a bit chewed up looking now. I do not recommend leaving them off. They protect the underbody and are aerodynamic. BTW, they are like $90 to replace.
