Broken Lift Bolt

So my friend and I decided to replace my lift bolts. We remove everything and start to unscrew the bolts. The top one came out and it was fine. The 2nd one we took out ended up to be broken. The broken piece is stuck inside and we couldnt get it out. Somepeople are saying to drill and hole and use some superglue on a toothpick to take it out, however the hole fills up with oil so fast, it would be really hard. This car has the certified warrenty, but i'm not sure if i trust the toyota dealership. They never do a good job on anything. Do you guys have any other suggestions to get this brokent bolt out? Thanks in advance.

just put it back together and take it down the the dealership. after they fix it go back and inspect everthing they touched and even things they didnt touch. This way you can get free parts and you dont have to waste you labor or money on specialized tools. I would only due this because you said there is a broken bolt. If you hurt your Head trying to get the bolt out then you will be out many thousands of dollars. Let them hurt your head and then they can buy you a new one.
