a/f gauge installation

I was thinking of installing my a/f gauge in the air vent, on the driver side. I was wondering if anyone has done this before. I've seen a picture of a volt or water temp gauge in there but I wanted to see if anyone has done a/f gauge installation in there. And also is it hard to install?
