I just picked up my new Super Black 02 GTS, and it's the real deal. I've had it two days, and when I finally drove without the stereo blasting best of VH, I notice a suspension-related squeak on the left side whenever I hit a bump. Can even notic it when getting in and out of the car...WTF?

Also, when I shift between 1st and second only, a squeak in the linkage or something. Once again I implore- WTF?

Is there anything I can do short of having the dealer look at the car? I bought with 23K miles, so wouldn't be bringing it in for a while otherwise...any suggestions will be appreciated!!

Its warantee for sure.

I would get get out, slide partway under the car & push up & down on the frame. That should at least show you where the squeek is coming from.

the one when you shift is your shift linkage...

go to home depot and buy some lithium based grease and lube up the linkage.
