Where to find a ECU Chip?

Hey guys...i have a couple friends looking for ECU chips and i cant find a good site to get them from...Once got a 1997 Camaro V6 auto...just a base...and my other friends got a 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT V6...Stick but base also...Do you guys know where i can buy some from...definitelly not ebay because i was reading the other guy before this post and he got ripped off...any site would be great. thanks...
