how do i remove the little plastics that are by the shift boot? because i wanna change shift boots

yup and on the 2003 gt too. all you do is put your finger or something under the plastic where the end of the brake is theres an opening and lift up you kinda have to force it though. be careful! rice

the surrounding plastics on the lower dash or the middle console?
Just pull it up with a nice gentle jerk and it will pop off.

wow that was easy to get off and i didn't even hurt myself that badly lol, the shift boot looks complicated to take out so i'll let someone in the shop do it for me
