Shocks and Springs (CHECK IT OUT)

Hey, I just wanted to know what the best shock-spring combination was. I heard hotchkis were the best springs to get, but I don't know. Thanks in advance for all replies. I'm looking for the best (most comfortable, but with the ability to kick some ass performance wise) ride, but in a reasonable price range.
