Ok i got pulled over yesterday night because my lights werent working for some reason on my car. Its the regular rear lights not the brake lights but the lights that turn on when you turn on your headlights, i think there called your parking lights, i looked them up at discount to be #168 but i cant figure out where the actual bulb goes, I only see three bulbs brake, turn, and reverse bulbs. Do the brake bulbs work as the parking light? Only when you push the brake it gives out higher wattage hence a brighter light?

i have no idea what they traced it to. it was a pain in the ass for them though. i remember the mechanic complaining how he has to trace each wire to the fuse. it sounds hard. they fix'd it in 3 hours. so dunno man. is ur car still under warranty?

I give it a 99% chance that it's a blown fuse.
Check your fuses in the passenger side kicker panel, and look at the diagram on the inside of the piece that you take off to access the fuses, and look for any abbreviations that look like they would deal with the rear lights.
If you can't find it, then pull them all and check them.

Electrical currents pass through them all of the time, and whenever a current higher than the fuse is rated passes through it, it will blow the fuse in order to protect your wiring from damage.
