If You are running on directional hi Performance tires then Yes front to back,


If not then you bring the front tires straight back and criss cross the rears up to the front.

^^^that should be directional.

there will be markings on the tire to show you the correct rotation of the tire. use it as reference, and rotate the front to the back without crossing(left to righ or right to left.)
