This www.shippersworldwide.com [shippersworldwide.com] has to be completely illegal. Here is a list of the possible reasons why I think it's illegal.

* Shippers world wide does not appear in google nor any other search engine
* They don't use some form of secure credit card transaction like verisign or some other high encryption SSL
* They only use money wiring transaction such as Western Union.
* The description of the item is written in perfect english, but when i recieved the email from the seller the grammar was horrific.
* From the beginning, he recommended this site to me.

Now this is what I found later as I was doing research on fraudulent sites. https://www.escrow.com/fic/ficspot.asp

In essence, IT HAS TO BE A FRAUD. thumbsdown

I just saved myself from an $800 robbery. thumbsup

I'm not 100% sure if they are illegal. I think you can accuse them of being suspicious though. I'm going to contact the BBB or Escrow.com. Those son's of bithes almost got me. angry I registered with them for free but the only info they got from me was my name, address, email, and phone number, but no payment information. Do you guys still think im in some kind of risk of fraud? Hopefully not.

They are NOT in USA... they cannot be touched thumbsdown

Rule of thumb, do NOT buy from international based companies unless you know for absolute sure who they are

Not to mention Europe uses PAL for video while North America uses NTSC.

NTSC runs at 30 frames per second, while PAL runs at 25 (it might be 24) so the video aspect wouldn't work.

just as I suspected. 2 months after this incident and look what happens, www.shippersworldwide.com [shippersworldwide.com] does not work anymore. I'm happy I didn't get scammed but at the same time I am still angry they tried to pull that scam on me. THOSE BASTARDS!!
