What are biggest size of rims you get under a celica 2002? I was planning on putting 18"

I've seen people with 19" without problem. 18" would be good.

and what about their ride height? Standard of was the car lowered? cause i want to put 18" with a little bit of lowering. How much could I lower the car and still can take every speedbump without having to drive less then 25 km/h (15 m/h) to get over it.
