Kazuma Question ? Wondering?

Ok I plan on getting the kazuma exhaust which is not street legal so I'm taking my chances against the cops, but when it comes to smog check, I'll have to put back my stock exhaust, so is it still possible to put my stock exhaust back even though the kazuma is already welded on?

also is the exhaust that LOUD? or is it only that LOUD if you only rev hard?

Thanks guys ! smile I know another exhaust question puke sorry just gotta know.
