Which one of these products is the best? I want to get the brightest whites out of the two but I don't know which brand carries the best stuff. Can you guys help me out with prices and Performance of the two.

PIAA is good. I personally prefer MTECH. I have not had problems with MTECH, and have talked to a few friends that say PIAA is too expensive and wished they went a cheaper route. Its kinda like the debate between AEM and Injen Intakes, can't really go wrong, its just preference. My 2 cents.

I agree - I chose PIAA personally, however the MTECHs sound like they perform decently as well...

that's 2 for PIAA and 2 for MTECH. The price of the lights is not going to be factor that is going to dictate which one I am going to buy. I am just looking for the best, and price doesn't matter.

Had some computer promblems. Major computer problems and lots of school bullshit. I'm back though. Sorry to whore up the thread.

If money is not a problem, go PIAA. But it is also to different kinds of glow. I like the way my MTECHs look. Like I said before...its all preference. I have a feeling you will like PIAA though...just a vibe.

You're not the only one. Even with low lit roads by street lamps it's even harder to see the road, hence myself going down the wrong way of a one way highway. High beams were not an option there or most places. Try driving down a conjested highway while it's raining like cats and dogs. Good luck finding the road or any car in front of you and it was easier to see with the stock bulbs because I recently swithced back to stock to pass inspection. MTECH's are good sometimes and falter some other times. No need to even compare those bulbs to real HID's. I never had PIAA so I can't give an explanation on those. For the cost and look well worth it for MTECH. Just remember what you're getting into.

MTECS are still good, but PIAA are superior. Next up from that are Phillips HIDs.

PIAA are around $86/pair. I have yet to see them get cheaper. MTECHS are $26/pair from ECELICA store.

Saving up for PIAAs, my CAI will just have to wait. spineyes

EDIT: Iggy, just get the XTreme Super Whites! thumbsup

About those Phillips. Do you know where to get them or how much they cost?
