Why do people buy HIDs? They cost so much and do not last nearly as long as regular lights.

Here's a pic of my MTECH's I don't know if I got a "lucky" set or if they all look like that. I would rather put the $300 HID money towards a header... but that's just me.

heh, i already have a header though! i have about 300 dollars to pay off on my credit card and i have until january to mod my car so im getting my last mods for a long time:(. going to florida for college and my dad said he would pay my car payments while i was in school as long as i didn't mod my car anymore. he said spending 3 grand on veilside was stupid. personally i love the veilside but they haven't got my order right yet and i ordered it 6 months ago:(

i recommend PIAA extreme force, but then again, it's for your high beams. PIAA extreme white is good enough. MTECH is okay. whatevr you do, just don't get eurolite, they're like stock brightness...

It's a Nikon Coolpix 4300, that's in 1024 X whatever mode. Yeah it takes awesome pics. Especially if I go up to 2272 X whatever. (it only gives the first resolution number for the size) Takes awesome pictures! grin

I would vote for a moron sitting at a computer who has never seen the car, and at best seen a headlight sititng on a table all by itself.
