I have a birthday coming up shortly, and my girlfriend says that she's gonna get me XM radio for the celica since I drive a ton, and a lot of my time is spent in my car!!! YEah!!! I'm trying to decide where to mount it though rolleyes...either on the side of the center console like a lot of other people do...or...I was thinking about taking the lid off of the upper compartment of my center console and mounting it in there...I think it would look cleaner

it would be nice in the compartment area
XM is real cool if you like the huge variety
and their techno stations are awesome, they always have good new songs to hear and plus the sound is awesome so it's like listening to a cd so when you turn it up...it's got sound thumbsup

check the sirius website...they have a ton of satellite radio info...hell the Delphi XM satellite radio has a wireless FM modulator that you can buy, that will make it work no matter what headunit you have. I think from what I'm pricing out...its gonna cost me like $160 in equipment and I'll end up paying the $120 for the year long subscription...not too bad at all...and I really am gonna try to mount it in the console...the backlit orange of the XM receiver will sit really well with my stock orange LCD's in the center console

XM is $160 for car adaptor and receiver unit. Then $9.99/month subscription. For hundreds of music, tv, talk, and other specialty channels, plus commercial free, clear reception, you just can't beat it! Getting mine soon! thumbsup

My lady friend bought my TSRM for our 2 year anniversary. Can't let a girl like that go.
