Throttle Body?
wut do you guys think about a new throttle body for an 01 gts? Pros and cons, any info will help thanks

Well, as far as I know, no one makes an aftermarket TB for the Celica.

best thing to do is get an aftermarket honda TB and have a shop make an adapter plate.

Nah, i asked the same question for Fuel Injectors and a bigger throttle body. Only them honda peeps get bigger throttle bodies for B and H series engines... spineyes

Exactly bro, it is stupid. How do they expect to get ALOT of more HP out of our cars when they only sell aftermarket bolt on parts like SRI and Exaust, WTF?

Try to keep in mind that the Celica has awesome stock parts on it, the Intake has huge diameter, the throttle body is very large & the exhaust diameter is way oversized. Most of it would work quite nicely on a big V8 & they put all this stuff in our little 1.8L. Celica's have less mods because they are awesome stock. thumbsup

throttle body is a throttle body. If you can make one designed for a honda fit then why not do it instead of complaining about why they dont make them celica specific?
