my car was injured  ...i was driving down san fernando road in burbank when some lady pulled out of a shopping center and she totally cut me off i slam on my breaks and try like a nascar driver to swerve around the bitch but i didnt make it i smashed her from the side...long story short...i dotn have to pay the insurance companys deductable and her company has to fix 4000+ worth of damages to my car not to mension a rent a car

yup...lady was a drama queen came out was transported to the hospital yet i wasnt wearing my seatbelt and not a scratch on me...jus no recolection of how it happened...you guys know how it is
