he is a picture of my most recent mod

Aristo/Altezza 2 pots caliper + new Brembo disc
I only did the front and the rear is still stock.

the disc still needs time to run in. i already felt the braking power. these calipers are designed for 250hp cars. it is more than enough to stop the celica.

I know this shop that he got me a used caliper and a new disc... and it cost me $400 plus installation.

Got my GTS done last week, Brembo disk and TRD pads. The rotors were $460. Feels awsome, specially since the original were flying appart. When I took out the rear right rotor out, the brake surface facing the inside of the car was almost gone. Could not see it from outside.

Well worth the money.

oh... it is worth the money...

the brake disc is 285mm, which is bigger than our original disc. my car is GTS.

you can really feel the difference. since the disc is bigger, you can tell the stopping distance is shorter. the brake is more linear compare to the stock unit.

you will need a bridge to do this mod. celica's entire front suspension unit and offset is same as NZE121 Corolla (new corolla). if the shop has a bridge for corolla, you will not need to go through all the trouble to get the dimensions to customize.
