It's a vinyl overlay. Says "Seminole" - got it at Vinz decals - you can get whatever you want for yours.

Look at the damn pictures on the install thread (the link in the first message)- it's Krylon Fusion and it doesn't flake off. It is rubberized and made for plastics. I included the install instructions so you can do it yourself or buy this one if you want. Doesn't matter to me.
