Celica almost ready to hit the road

Just thought I'd stick up a couple of pics while the engine is still out of my car if anyone's interested - apologies for the lo quality pictures but I only had my camera phone handy at the time!!

So this is a brand new block, straight out of the box smile That's my dad scratching his head over it grin

This is about a week later, all the nice shiny new bits are bolted together now, and it's sitting in the garage waiting to be dropped back into the celica.. or should that be waiting for the celica to be dropped back onto it!!

Edit: before you all point it out - I know the cover isn't back on yet.. tongue

And here's the celica sat out in the lot, waiting folornly for it's heart transplant to be over, so I can take it out and show it what the twisty bits in the road are there for smile

Lol - you could just about fit a deck of cards between the front numberplate on the Previa and the Celica! wink

I bought the celica knowing that the engine needed work - it had the same fatal oil burning problem as Haulin_a_doo's car. Decided replacing everything from the head down was the safest bet! thumbsup

Really REALLY like these tail lights - can anyone give me a clue what they are and where I might get some?
