Well, I'm having problems with my brakes. My EBCs suck ass but its more than that. On the drivers side the outer pad is wearing faster than all the other pads. Not sure why this is happening. That pad is getting so thin that its time for new ones but the other 3 still look almost new. Very odd.
I have new OEM pads coming in but does anyone have any advice past that. I know that I also need to check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder.

Is this the driver's side front or rear pad?

Oh, and also, are you experiencing any alignment issues both when the brake aren't applied, and when they are?
In other words, does the car pull to one side, and if so when?

Fuck, I'm a post whore, but one more question... Do you have EBC's in the front only, or all around? BTW, good idea going back to stock, my friend had this brand on the front of his bike and they only lasted a month.

Front brakes, no pull to one side or the other, and I'm not 100% that there is no problem when the brake are not applied there could be, stock shoes on rear (GT).

Ok, I think I may have an answer to your problem...
It's what I thought in the first place, but I wanted to ask around to see if I was right.
Check to see that the caliper with the wearing pad is not dragging on the rotor. In other words, check to see that you can freely retract the caliper.
Also, check to see that the caliper piston retracts properly also. You may need to have it replaced.
EDIT: Sorry for the above question about the location of the caliper. I didn't realize you had a GT.

If it was a problem with the piston wouldn't the inner pad fuck up as well or more than the outer since the piston is in the inner part of the caliper.
I'm with on the dragging but just not sure how the piston comes to play in this.

Gotcha, you're right. Go to your car, and drag your fingernail down the rotor, and see if you can feel any imperfections in the rotor itself. On another note, have you ever replaced your rotors, or had them resurfaced? EDIT: Reason I ask is because perhaps the rotor is damaged, or needs to be replaced. On another note, I heard EBC's aren't as good for the rotors as other pads.

The pads are about 25k miles old and the rotors (brembo OEM replacements) are about 10k old.
Think I need a pro to look at this, I really want just put the new pads in myself again but I feel like I will just run into this again.

Yeah, if you can't find visable signs of the caliper rubbing against the rotor improperly, I would have a pro look at it.
I would also advise that you put those stock pads on asap. The ones you have on now are mainly for competition events, and will wear really fast, not to mention are bad for your rotors.
