Are the DC Sports headers for the GTS worth buying?

I'm undecided if I should purchase a set of DC sports headers for my 01 Celica GTS, however, I would like to know if they're worth putting on or not? I don't want to waste over 200 bucks on something that will only give me 3hp. Also, what are the Dyno hp and tq gains on these on a GTS motor?

What do you expect them to add?

Just like an Intake and exhaust.
