Have you checked the fuse for the windshield washer?

Not sure what's goin' on but i'll give it a shot.
If it happened right after you installed the ground kit try removing it. Then see if your windshield washer works again. If works again great re-wire the grounds to different area.
If nothing happens could be couple things. Name a few Clog hoses, leaky reservoir, loose Hoses, Clog spray nozzles. Anyway how did you install the grounding kit and what locations did you place the grounds to?
If you can't hear the windshield washers motor. Check the fuse. A wire may have got yanked near the reservoir while connecting the grounds in their locations. Check to make sure your windshield water reservoir tank connections are plugged in. Their is a harness that plugs into the windshield water reservoirs pump it's motorized so you should be able to hear it when you push the windshield spray button. If you don't hear any noises when you push the spray button. Follow the wire see if it's not cut, pinched, or damaged in anyway.
If you can't figure it out after that get a volt meter see if any electric is coming out of the harness that plugs into the water reservoir. If you got juice then the reservoirs motor is dead.
Hope you get it to work.

Not sure where the washer fuse is located. I'm not familiar with the electrical system and don't know how to read a diagram.

Gold forgot about a pinched hose. I know that you have to remove the large plastic cover and the fluild hose its connected to it. maybe its pinched, but doubtful cause you prolly would have checked that out already.

Finally got a chance to get back under the hood. Started taking stuff apart and realized that the strut bar I installed was the culprit. Yes - I pinched the hose. Thanks, fonzi! Nothing to do with the ground wiring except I installed it all on the same day.
