hi there i was wondering how long does it take to install a wind splitter and carnards on a celica? one shop asked for 400.00 dollars and another asked for 200.00 dollars. i heard it was simple but i dont know. whats a good average price for something like this? confused..thanks for any info

just do it yourself ... it shouldn't be that hard ... I personally haven't done it but it looks easy as long as you that you time and can use tools. grin

they charge you that much for just wind splitters? OMG! eek its a do-it-yourself kinda thing dude thumbsup

no need to remove the bumper, so 200 is too much

the second one is the Trial front bumper...the other two idk.

where can you find a inexpensive air spliter, i've been looking around but cheapest is like 350, does any one know of a less expensive one? [/color]

they are something you can do yourself...I've done the canards, and it took me 30 minutes to line it up mount it and tighten everything...I don't have my air splitter installed yet, but have installed 2 on other celicas, and they are easy to do. thumbsup

you can get one at www.visracing.com [visracing.com] $225 before shipping and www.buddyclub2.com [buddyclub2.com] its $259 beofre shipping there a little diff so pick the one you like better thumbsup

ya it's front end downforce (like the canards) which is good for us front wheel drives to get more traction, and ya they also look pritty bad ass, APR [aprperformance.com] has one but it's expensive as hell and i don't want to pay that much for it, i've been looking around but haven't found one there are some universal ones out there but they don't fit the car as well though [/color]
