So who makes the majority of connectors found on the toyota wiring harnesses? It doesn't look like Delphi or Yazaki connectors. The only marking I could find was a small -[]- shape (Box with lines). Anyone know who manufactures such connectors?

if you take the connector (not busted up) to the dealer they should be able to order you a new one. we do it all the time here.
