woofer with slight cosmetic blemish?

Sounddoman.com is selling 2 Infinity Kappa Perfect 10 VQ for around $300shipped much cheaper than the original price. It only have a slight cosmitic blemish on it. My question is what do they mean by slight comsmitic blemish? Does it affect the sound quailty at all? or what?? From what I heard kappa perfect is one of the best quality woofer around. I would buy those if there's nothing wrong with the sound quality. Thanx
