I got some Tein S-techs from Loveannie (thanks dude) they're going to lower about 1.4 inches do I need all four camber kits? i ordered some ingall's front camber kits already should be getting them sometime next week. Am I going to need the back camber kits? Plus they said they were going to charge me $120 to do the lowering job!! They did the same job for my friend's civic and charged $70. Anybody know where I can get the job done for cheaper?

You do NOT need camber kits!

They are nothing but a waste of money.

I recently put the Eibach Sportlines on my car (2 inch drop all around), and I asked my gf's dad if I need a camber kit. He said no.

I took it to NTB to have an alignment done, and they asked if I had a camber kit. I told them, no, you can acheive the correct camber without the kit.

An hour later, I looked at the print-out that they gave me with the before and after camber readings, and I was right.

Nothing but a waste of money.

My story is a bit different. I have full coilovers and Hotchkis camber links. The morons that installed everything originally keep one camber link the stock size. At an alignment place it read -3 degrees of camber with a 2" (roughly) drop and 15" wheels with 205 55. This should give you a reference. I now have those same camber links and camber plates now in the front. I like being able to go for a more aggressive alignment no matter what the drop. This couldn't be achieved without at least some crash bolts and the camber links. The back would have been pushing it also if left stock. I opted for -2 degrees for the front and -1.5 for the back and I maxed out one side, according to the shop, for my toe in specs for the back right side. Good luck.
