My paint on my car is real hazy and when you are real close and the sun is on the car it looks like there are 1000's of scracthes going everyway. Is the stock paint really thin? Im thinking of having a pro buff the entire car. Ive tried claybar, waxes, polishes, and scratch removers but not getting the results i want. Any other solutions? Or estimates of how much this would cost?

Sure the "scratches" aren't just swirl marks, and that you didn't scratch the paint while using the clay bar?

You didn't just use water, did you?

The paint on the celica is horrible period. You can have it buffed but the swirls and fine scratches will return after a few car washes.

Toyota, along with most automakers these days are using very very cheap paint.

I don't really trust in ... I tried before (w/my previous car) and what Burrcold said, swirls & scratches will return even worse! wtf

well buffering from a pro will most likely not make it worse...most people don't know what they are doing or what to use.
