Hey guys, i need some tips about washing out under my hood, but the thing is that, i want and need to know what i should cover to keep the water away from wetting anything... can someone tell me what is important?

Use a rag and a bucket, dont just hose it down. Just wipe off all the plastic stuff, your hood etc.. Dont spray the crap out of it with a hose.

Its all sealed under the hood dont sweat getting stuff wet. Just dont blast a lot of water in the ECU.

if you have a short ram Intake, you should prolly wrap that up, other than that i wouldnt worry too much
