how come when i gas it, it takes a while to go...?? how come it doesnt jsut jump how come plz answer or tell me how i can fix it thank you.

maybe you have to clean maf sensor?

You have an automatic? The auto shifting in an automatic Celi is really nasty slow. You have to anticipate when you need it to shift & shift early.

if it's a 6spd check to make sure youre throttle cable is tight and not super loose. that would do it too.

i have an auto but i dont think its the shifter tho cause when i gas it hard it take a while to kick in and some time it make a chocking noise and then it goes.. but thank you for your other comments.

^^^ive heard that auto GTSs choke when you give a lot of gas suddently.

i havent experienced it on my 2003 GTS auto, i suppose it's problem on early models.

i had this problem... its your maf sensor.. i got mine checked at toyota when they replaced the MAF sensor.. my car didnt jerk or choke after i gunned it

OO thank you very much for ur comment now i should do that now go to the dealer and check it out thanks a lot guy you have been very helpful on answeing my question thank u... i also have one more question i post it up but no one seem to no the question to it. It is how do you install the S7 gauge its and air/fuel gauge and no one seem to no the answer if you do can you plz post it thank you guy for all ur help once again thank u!

Dont go to the Dealer to check your MAF - clean it yourself. Its easy. Check out the installs section.
