until my car is faster then a 911 (which it will never be) I don't think there's any point in waking up the neighbors. However, I would like another 20 or 30 horse power via exaust, header and Intake. My question is, who makes an exaust that adds power without the racket. Don't get me wrong, I'd like a bit more then factory, but nothing to crazy ... I know the TRD stuff is great - but expensive, any other suggestions?

thanks

I think 30hp from those three mods is a little wishful...maybe at the crank I guess confused Unless you want to spend a nickel and pick up the TRD (which is pretty quiet) check out the HKS or look into some custom piping with a silenced muffler. If you're looking to get the most gains you will have to make some sacrifices, eg. a good Intake and better flowing header set will be losing potential with a restrictive quieter exhaust.

Yeah,Greddy is quiet, but it's also heavy. I have a Borla on my GTS, really quiet, and looks exactly like a TRD but cheaper. And, it has a million mile warranty.

Does the TRD, Greddy, etc.. have silencer that comes with it? If not, who could possibly sell the silencer?

wave TPR is as quiet as TRD, and gains better than any exhaust on the market...did we mention cheaper too? hmmmmm

TPR Intake! - Injens high end with AEM's low end and NO BOGGING!
TPR EXHAUST! - Exhaust made 10.5 whp peak and 32 whp at 6300 on my car!!!

Get what ever exhaust you like.. and just slap on another resonator before the exhaust.. that'll reduce the noise drastically without hurting Performance much...

My TUM is really really quiet... I forget it is there sometimes... I almost wish it was louder! But it has a really nice low rumble and it is not gay like other rice cans. Not high piched at any RPM
