I have the alarm and keyless installed and they were installed by a shop. They told me i would have to do the remote start my self because i have a manual tranny. They said it was possible. anyonehave a guide or anything on how to do this??

wouldnt reccomend doing it, less you leave ur car parked with it in neutral and REALLY TRUST ur e-brake ( i wouldnt)
u want to park with the trany in gear, thus remote start isnt an option, unless you want to hit start and then go chase after ur car and hop in, hehehe

You would have to disable the clutch button (the green button on the floor) that is right under the clutch.

just disable the clutch switch and install it,Ii had to do that for my engine start button from ignited, it really shouldn't be that much of a problem unless you live on hills as stated earlier

i disabled that i just need the system hooked to the ignition

they didn't install it for u? they sux..i had it on my previous car..and it's manual..so..Good Luck with the install though

they don't want to install it cause it's againts most of their policy. I asked around for the same question too. Now I have an AUTO, miss the MAUNAL but now I can do the remote start in the winter
