Hey guys! Will aftermarket part companies still make parts for the Celica after it's discontinued end of 2005, or will they just focus more on the RSX and other rivals to it???

I'm sure companies will continue to produce parts that are already out for some time after its kill date, but don't expect anything "new" to come out.

thumbsup Companies will sell parts for ppl to maintain their Celicas, too. Even Performance parts. Just don't expect fantastic new products that came from years of research. They'll save those for the new hondas and scions. thumbsdown

it is so hard to find parts for any Honda built in the 90s... I'm sure it will be the same way for the discontinued Toyotas (MR2/Celica) rolleyes

there are some products that companies no longer make - so if you want to buy something for your car, its usually best to just buy it now grin

APC no longer makes clear corners for the 7th gen
AC Autotechnic stopped production on the EL Reverse Indiglow gauges
BRS doesn't sell the Celica hood or fender flairs anymore
TRD isn't manufacturing MANY products for the 7th gen any more either

...but there will always be products available for your car wave

you can still find parts for cars from the 80's, and classic muscle car parts are still readily available, because there is a market for 'em. and remember, it's only ending here, not the rest of the world, so there is still a market there too. however, the people who would buy aftermarkets are the same people who would keep a car like this for some time.

I know! I had to drive to three stores in San Diego county before I found the clear corners! Thats what I get for not using the Ecelica store. rofl Thanks again Josh.

guys your cars are barely 4 years old TOPS! yes some manufactures will stop creating parts but look at it this way. when the price of a celica goes down and becomes affordable to the teen group (which it was marketed for) companies will see this and create new and better parts. the car is to new and there isnt much demand for parts as of right now cause the old guys dont want to modify cars. just give it a few years when the Fast and Furiouse generation (3yeras from now) are old enough to buy cars the market will boom again with aftermarket products.
