so i went to put in my new lift bolts the other day, and my own bolt was actually broken, and stuck in there, we even tried using a magnet, but i think a little of the thread must still be stuck in there, so rather than messing around with taking my cam lobes off and resesting my timing belt, i'm just gonna have the toyota dealership do it, and i was just wondering how long has it taken for anyone out there? is this gonna be like a day or two thing b/c my dealership is over an hour away.

ouch..sorry to hear that bro..i'm sure it'll take them half a day to fix them..they are slow ass people and like to take their time..some guy on here fix his own broken bolt and it took him like most of his Saturday..so expect atleast 1/2 to full day from the dealership..hope they won't charge you an arm and leg to fix it.. thumbsup

they better not charge me anything, i have 32,000 miles and it's a TSB, so they better fix it for free.

had my lift bolts replaced under warranty... I just complained of loss of power once lift hit and they decided to replace lift bolts under warranty... it took them a full day... cause they have to rip it apart.
