Clifford Matrix. One of the best if not the best one out there, but pricey.

DEI Viper without a doubt! CLifford is made by DEI. If you can afford it get a Viper 791XV. THE best alarm on the market. That unit retails for $650, I got mine on Ebay for $260.00. deal

I have this Viper alarm. It was on my old car and then I just had it re-installed on my Celica in November. I agree about this being the best alarm on the market.

You really cant go wrong. Most of the bid companies (viper, clifford, compustar, and others) are owned by DEI. I would personally take compustar just because their remotes seem to last longer and can take more abouse. Also i see no point in spending so much on a two-way. All it does is inform you that your shit has been jacked. A nice without going overboard is all a person needs.

I have to disagree with that. The new 2 way alarms have the paging capability buit into the remotes. If you had seen or installed the old school pager systems you would know it was a pain in the ass. You had to carry a separate (bigger than pager) unit with you. Theres nothing worse than your alarm going off and you don't know. With the 2 way system you know it's going off because your remote notifies you. Plus you know if your doors are locked and if your car is remote started without having your car in view. by looking at your remote. deal

But security wise it serves no real function. Any theif would be gone well before you ever got to your car. Sure it can tell you if your cars remote started but most have a timer which even if you accidently activate it the car will turn off in 10 minutes or less. I just dont see the need to spend 500-600 on dollars on a security system when a 200 dollar system will work.
