For the last few weeks i have noticed a strange noise coming from my brakes i assume. First I was backing out of my garage when i hit the brakes softly and heard a scraping noise. And since then its been fine except for now when i brake at very slow speeds i notice a clank noise like to pieces of metal being hit together, not all the time though. and 90 percent of the times it has also been going in reverse. not a very loud noise very subtle and only can be heard with the windows down. Any ideas i might just be paranoid. I bought the car a month ago and had it certified so i would think eveything would be fine. I just want to make sure its not a big problem\ sounds like the noise is coming from the front all except once when i think it was the rear brakes i have a GT to 2 disc and 2 drum?? any ideas.. Also once it sounded like something was draging but nothing was. so im kind of confused. I appriciate the help thank you.

accually i think this might be it>...in the TSB area of the site it says that there is a problem with brakes making clicking noise and it is just a lube they made to fix it.. check it out and tell me if that may be it.

Also since you hear it mainly when you are going in reverse it is most likly your rear brakes becasue when you are going in reverse your rear brakes do the stopping not the front.
