Anyone on this site have HID conversion kits (not stock) for their car? Post pics and specify brand and what type (8000k, 6000k, etc.).
Also, is there a dual kit out there, because the only kits I have seen are for low beams only.

BELLOF HID LeMans model... it's the HID system used in the LeMans 24 hour race so yeah it's really bright.. My kit (because it was new kit from bellof at the time I bought it) it costed me about 1200 dollars... But now the price had dropped to about 800 bucks for lemans model. It was made so that You get about 30~60% more light than the regular HID kits. For color, blue during winter... purplish blue during summer. I know you can't read Japanese but here's the Bellof HID site: http://www.bellof.co.jp/they make high beam/low beam dual too.

Thanks for the info guys.
One more question though...
Should I get a kit that is "Celica Specific" or should any H7 HID kit work?

I recommend XenonDepot 4100K - brightest I've seen... I figure that if I am going to spend a lot, I might as well get something that looks cool, hence something 8000k+.

aiming for a real HID conversion (new projectors) What do you mean by "a real HID conversion?" The kit that you bought didn't use real HID bulbs?

He probably means retro fitting new lens into the housing... Celica without stock hid housing has lens that's not really made for HID... Having lens that's made for HID let's you have two things... 1) better output 2) changes color from sides (look at european cars that came with hids... they change color at all sides so that it wont bother u..)
I wont say they have better cutlines because celica's lens had really good cutlines too... at least mine did.. but yeah I had to adjust my lens to extra low position so that it didnt shoot high...

So you had the same lenses that I have on my 00 GTS?
Do they even sell kits that come with lenses prefitted to our cars?

I had 02 celica gts so it should be same housing as 00 gts.
from 03 (correct me if im wrong) HID became option parts for celica... those come with auto leveler and lens should be of different type. One of your option is to order HID from toyota dealer ship (which I highly wont recommend) they will cost you 3000 bucks just because they will sale you the new housing and hid kits...
just install hid and lower the beam... that should be okay enough.

And for retrofitting people install say s2000 lens (well whole lens unit) or audi s4 lens or tsx (known to be of best output) into non-projector housing (ex. accord) or replace halogen based lens to hid made lens.
