I'm just wondering what you guys think of this celica. I'm not big on Performance tweaking or anything. But Celica's are just awsome. Toyota's in that matter last forever! I have a Toyota Camry right now with 223000 miles on it and it's running great! I was hoping to get this car in the near future if they still have it on the lot.

Would that be a good price for that car? Good and bad things about the car? Give me some info.

Thanks guys.

I would pay about 10 grand for it (considering the kit and all, GT auto).

If you're looking to race, I'd look for a GTS 6-spd. You could probably grab a used one for 10-15 grand (I would think).

But otherwise, 16 grand seems a bit high to me, I got a new '04 GTS for a bit less than 25 (no body kit or anything though).

I'm sure the other folks here can give you better advice than I can wink

I just got mine today, and it's awesome! Too bad that one's an auto. I've yet to see anything wrong with mine, except that if you are tall it may be a little snug.

Yah, 16K seems a little high, but that's because its at a dealership. Make 'em an offer, maybe 13K, see what they'll do.

Thanks for the info guys! Do you guys know any good places to search for Celicas? I used Toyota.com to find that one. They also have a 2001 and a 2000 there too. Forgot specifics on those though.

Arumndark: Not looking for racing. Just casual driving smile

Ragingpaseo: Auto/manual I have never driven a manual. (Don't hurt me!) Although I would like too. But I heard there is a lot of upkeep with manuals. Is that true or is it the other way around?

i got my '01 GT 5spd for 13,588 before taxes and it has 12,500 miles on it. ChrisE, I've never driven a manual before today, but I learned real quick and I love it.
