Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior goldline drop springs / stock shock question

ok...I'm getting 17" ADR Visions (hyperblack/polished lip) on thursday. ...I've been eyeballing the goldline drop springs from the ecelica store, and was wondering how long I might have if I installed them on the stock shocks. I have the cash for the springs, but not new shocks and struts. I have 28000 miles on my car, and the only driving I see is highways, with maybe 1 speed bump a week. I'll end up getting new stuff by the end of the year, but I wanted to make sure that I'll be cool for at least another 10,000 miles on the stock shocks. I'll also probably end up with the extremor front end in november (gotta love the girlfriend that helps you buy car parts for your birthday ), and I don't want it to scrape...Anyone that has experience with these springs or opinions please post it up

Hmm you should make 10k. I just put my Teins S. w/KYB's on and it feels great. Ur ride quality might not be that great but that usally happens.

nah man I was gonna do that but i JUST wainted and got my tockico HP blues I love them .

since it's a 1.75 in drop you might need to get shocks and struts cuase it will wear them out faster
