Also would you recommend walmart brand or spend a little more for PIAA or another reputable brand?

Does anyone know of where to get instructions on how to do the wiring for the Cyber Whites using the existing wiring that's already in the car. I don't have any fog lights in my car and I'm wondering how I would wire the Cyber White NV-602W lights to the existing wiring and also adding a switch into the dash. I have a fog light switch that Toyota said should work, but it was for a Toyota Tacoma...I just need to know how to wire it into the Celica. Thanks!
