does the horn keep going, even after you've let go?

I was cleaning out the inside of the car the other day, accidently pressed in the horn (just bumped it, didn't hold it), and the damn thing just kept going! It didn't stop until I put the key in and turned it to "ON". Then I thought to myself, "Hey... This is the same things that happens now and again when disarming my alarm (along with several other annoying quirks it has concerning the horn)."

Soooo... Anyone else?

Time to go back to the dealer?

GT don't do it, but it doesn't have an alarm.

Maybe your just trying to get us all to go out & scare the neighbours out of bed? grin

i dont think its supposed to do that...i hit the horn by accident sometimes while working on my car. Even though the key is out my horn does not keep going. My GT does have an alarm...but the horn does not have problems with that either.

Alrighty... Wondering if it's a problem with my horn or with my alarm system. Thinking it must be the horn, since it happens when I tap the horn, without messing with the alarm.

Horn is good, I can get that fixed at the local dealer!

Alarm is bad, only the one I got it from (4-5 hours away) will do it tongue
