Ive got a 2000 GTS 1.8/6-Speed. I cant seem to get it any faster than 105mph. I am guessing that I have a speed limiter? If so, how can I remove it?

Thankx in Advance,
Mark

no you don't have limiter.
i've personally gone over 135 in my AUTO gts.
I don't know what you were doing, but it sounds like you went 3rd gear to 6th gear?
or you were going uphill maybe?

wtf

Stay in the lower gears until you are at redline. I'm sure it just feels like you're stuck... because in 6th at 105, you won't be gaining any speed...

HA HA HA HA. It'll still accelerate from 105 in sixth, as long as hes not going up a hill. I can go from 20mph to 140mph in sixth no problem. If your cars a Jap Import then it'll be restricted, usually to 90mph. If you didn't import it from Japan then you've got problems.

Yeah, I'm thinking that he just stayed in top gear and punched it.
