tsrm exhaust... not the same old questiong :)...
well i got the tsrm exhaust system on a stock car. (not even an Intake) It sounds real nice has a nice deep sound to it. But i do not think its as loud as it should be. The installation went by fine so i think that it is installed correctly. It does sound nice and i like it a lot but from what ppl say i thought it would have sound way louder. Do you guys have any ideas of why or what can make my sound louder? (other then Intake)

why it doesnt sound louder? Thats just because they are made, if you wanted loud you should have gotten Kazuma.

you can make it louder by staight piping the whole thing

Why do you want it louder wtf If you wanna rice your car, then just have the resonator removed & an "S" pipe made to replace the resonator & then you'll be happy puke

I have my resonator cut off ($35) and replace it with a straight pipe. Twice as loud with almost the same tone. Two week later I went back to the shop and put the resonator back on (another $35). I couldn't stand it...too loud and sound ricey thumbsdown thumbsdown

If your exhaust is brand new...i've heard and experienced that it gets louder once it is 'broken in'. Now don't ask me why something as simple as a pipe gets louder after it's 'broken in'...but i've just heard it and experienced it myself confused If it is brand new i would give it a little time...but if not remove the resonator(now you'll have rice!) or roll your windows down thumbsup

at first i thought it sounded nice, i still think it does but after having it for 6 months now the noise gets irritating and loud at times.

there is packing in the muffler and resonator and over time i hardens with heat therefore making it louder

If you want loud, get the DC or Trial Header.
