Do you mean the ones on the side, or the ones underneath? Probably the dealer, since they are the same for the TRD skirts and the stock skirts. Shouldn't be more than a buck or two.
The ones that are underneath, because i had to take it to the shop to paint it, and the guy is so stupid that lost the original clips that holds the side skirt, he gave something else just to resolve but i don't what the skirt to fall out.
