I received my TRD exhaust, and installed it. It sounds great, very clean and distinct from any other exhausts. Next week I should be receiving the Injen Short Ram intake. Can't wait to see how the intake will sound combined with the exhaust. Does anyone have the Injen short ram? Have you had any difficulties with it? Thanks

I had the short ram, but I got rid of it for the CAI...It's sooo much louder and more distinct now.

Hey guys as I was reading this thread I started wondering, why does everyone have a short ram intake? I thought a CAI made more power and isn't that much more expensive. Is there something I'm missing here?

because some PPL here are afraid of water puddles on the road and might get water in the intake, like for instance, here on Guam it rains like it never stops and having a cold air intake is not prefered unless you dont drive it alot, that should answer your question.

I wanted the shortram because I wanted to see it under the hood and didn't want to cut away at the plastic for the CAI. grin
