doesn't amnufacture it's own parts, it buys things from other companies and stamps the TRD
logo on it. The TRD
exhaust is made by Borla, the filter by K&N, the brakes by Stoptech.
Based on experience, you will only hear your Intake
when you are either at WOT (or close to it) or when you turn the car off (it makes a sucking noise when you shut the motor off). Under full acceleration or whenever the throttle is completely open, you will hear a rumbly noise. It's sort of "chunky" when you just jab the throttle all the way down for a second (IE, rev-matching for downshifts).
Removal of the butterly makes it a little bit louder, but any Intake
will make it much more noticable.
