Celica Forums General Discussion General Paint job from dealer?

Has anybody took their celica into the dealership to get it painted? If they did how much do they charge?...Anybody from the Columbus area in Ohio know a good paint shop?

i know this one guy did, he had it covered under insurance.

I gotten into a lil fender bender a year ago and got my front n rear bumper painted by toyota under warranty...maybe it was just that certain toyota dealership but the painted was terrible...there were runs and noticable clearcoat drips that formed into lil droplets when dry and after a few months i noticed spider cracks near my fogs n under my driverside tailights, they do warranty there paint job for five years so i took it back and got them to repaint my bumpers and also made sure to blend the paint...oh yah and another thing there was paint overspray on my wing and roof of my car...dunno how this happened so after that i just took my car to a body shop other than toyota and got my entire car repainted

SmutasticGT, so how was the paint job at the local body shop and how much did they charge you. I'm planning on re-paint my whole car white agian. thanx
