found a dyno done by this guy. finally a dyno comparing the two that was not done by either company. this was done with a TRD exhaust (something almost everyone already has). as you can see injen bogs down bad down low compared to the aem...it does peak up top but it seems only for 200 rpms. i know everyone already knows this. but now everyone can see the power curve differences and the spikes.

There are still gonna be those threads. Even if you link to the dyno on the front page.

i know...but you're a company and people might think that's biased..blah,blah,blah...yeah it's seems redundant but the more dynos people see the more it starts getting to their heads...rather than saying INJEN!...no AEM rocks!...no TPR!!...lol.

That ended it for me. I was thinking of getting the Injen when I get my Celica, but now it's AEM all the way.

If I didn't already have an AEM Intake, I'd get a TPR.

I'm very tempted to do so, but I just don't like the idea of aftermarket parts lying around, just stock ones. wink

That no bogging that is associated with the TPR Intake does sound really nice though.

He sells them, and if you want to find out more about the Intake, or see pics, then you might want to check new celica.org

I bought the 2nd gen from Isaac here in the Ecelica store.

Here's a link below to what it all came with. Whatever it came with (aside from the Intake itself along with all the parts to install it) is still in the box. License plate, papers, extra tubes, etc...

https://celicahobby.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=24_46&products_id=83

EDIT:

I don't remember seeing a CARB sticker come with it, but I could be wrong. It could still be in the box, but I'm not sure if these Intakes came with certificates. Anyone know for sure?
