Is it very hard to remove tint, the tint shop said they charge an extra $100 to removie a film if its already on your car. It just doesnt seem like it would be that hard. Anyone know how?

at wal-mart there's a tint remover bottle i can buy for like 5bucks..i think..go check it..that'll save you money...100 for removing it?? they're trying to burn you man..tell them to go to hell...Hell you can remove them urself if you want..get a hair dryer with some extension cord and start from the corner and heat it and peel..heat the film as you peel it off..after you done, get some soapy water and clean everything off..i've done that b4..even with 2 layers of tint on..don't ask y there are 2 layers of tint..just go do it..

all you gotta do is rip it off. Peel a little corner out and rip it off, then clean it up with simple green or something. Worked when i had my limo tint on!
