How much would it cost to repaint the whole car? I dont want anything real extravagant just a real nice deep black metallic paint.

for a good paint job, you cant pay 800$
the best price i got, hooked up is 2000$ and 2500$ with under the hood. paintjob with lifetime warranty.
expect to pay minimum 2000$ if you want a fair job or else you can go cheap and you have to paint the car a year or two later.

if you find a good deal check out some of their work, my best friend got her car painted for 800 and they oversprayed on her rims and tires, and left the original color on you could see it through the new paint!
